Scope of This Page

This page can only state what the build of this site actually is. Anything of that kind would have to belong to another party, and this page does not borrow one. What follows is limited to the structure of the site itself and what happens when it is used.

What This Site Is

www.trytheotherguy.co.uk is a static publication. Every page is a file prepared in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account system, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing typed or submitted by a reader is possible here, because there is no mechanism to receive it. The site's published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address, and a request for any other address returns a page marked so that search engines will not index or follow it, which immediately sends the visitor back to the home page. A mistyped or expired address cannot become a page of its own.

Every page states a publication and modification date, and the modification date matches the date the sitemap itself publishes, so a reader can always tell which version of a page they are looking at. Everything a page needs to display — its styling, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this domain only; no other server is contacted while a page is shown.

What Happens When a Link Is Followed

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Any link presented as going to an operator does not open that operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of them leads outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate browser tab, so the reader stays aware that they are leaving this site.

Once that redirect completes, the reader's relationship is with the operator, not with this site. This page cannot state what an operator offers, promises, licenses or requires, because none of that is part of this build. Whatever terms apply from that point on belong entirely to the destination the reader has been sent to; this page has no authority over them and makes no claim about them.

What This Page Cannot Offer

There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no content from a visitor exists on the site at all. There is also no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form built into the site, so these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to write to. That absence is stated plainly rather than filled with a placeholder, because a page cannot honestly offer a route it does not have.

For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction and no complaints procedure: none were built, so none can be claimed. A reader who wants to know how a specific operator handles disputes, complaints or account matters needs to look at that operator's own published terms, reached only after the redirect described above. This page's value to the reader is in being accurate about its own limits rather than borrowing language that would not describe this site.
