It holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts for up to one hour, and is used only so that a later click on an outbound link can be matched to the search engine that brought the visitor here. Separately, a session view flag is kept in the browser for the current visit so that a single page view is counted once rather than multiple times. Neither of these stores a persistent identifier, and no other browser storage is set.

The content delivery network that serves this site's static files reports the country a request came from, and nothing more precise than that. This is a standard part of how the hosting provider processes technical request data, not a separate tracking layer added by the site.
Recognise the Boundary at Outbound Links
Pages on this site are self-contained: every file a page needs, including locally embedded fonts, comes from this domain, so nothing is shared with an outside host while a page is displayed. Outbound links to third-party sites work through a first-party outbound redirect — the link first goes to a path on this domain and is then sent on to the partner. No stored visitor data is passed to the partner during that redirect. Once the redirect completes, the destination site receives the request directly from your browser and keeps its own separate record of it; this page has no view into and no control over that.
